Well, if not, you obviously do not live in small town approximately 30 miles from where I live!
That's right...chicken, seafood and tanning can all be found in one location!
I thought I was going to pee my pants tonight as I listened to a story on the local newscast about a woman who complained of spotting a "peeping tom" as she undressed at a tanning salon.
Not completely unheard of...until you learn that said tanning salon is located at a place called Rowena's Chicken and Seafood!
I don't know about y'all, but that cracks me up!!!

We lived in a small town before moving to Jackson, MS. There was Premiere Video and Frame Shop, another video store that was also a pizza delivery place, and a couple other combined businesses...
ReplyDeleteHow funny! I had to google it to see where that was! Talk about your one stop shop!!
ReplyDeletewow. that is fabulous. do they do birthday parties???? hahahah!
ReplyDeleteWrong on so many levels, isn't it? :)
ReplyDeleteHilarious! I heard the story on KWHN (yes, I listen to the AM talk radio in the morning!) this morning and nearly spit my diet coke all over the windshield! I worked at a tanning salon / video rental store in high school... but this blows that right out of the water!!
ReplyDeleteEric and I had a giggle over this one at Doe's last night...sorry you guys couldn't make it. That steak was particulary delectable since I hadn't had red meat in a month...literally!
ReplyDeleteWhat a small world! I actually KNOW Rowena. She's my mother-in-law's best friend. Didn't know you could tan there though.
ReplyDeleteOops, I posted as my other self! Ha!
