Score!

Last night while baby girl was off at Grammy and Pops' house for a sleepover, Darren had to chaperone a junior high dance. Yay! (not)

So after I dropped him off in the 'hood, I took the long-overdue opportunity to return some items to Wal-Mart (a.k.a. HELL!) and TJ Maxx (a.k.a. HEAVEN!). I don't really think I came out ahead financially at either place, since I just went back out into the store and bought more stuff. At Wal-Mart, I found a cute red knit dress for me, and some really cute little summer stuff for Caddy!

But here's what this post is really all about...

Like it or not, right or wrong, to a certain degree I am a label-whore. Well, at least when it comes to purses. I totally see the value in overpriced designer handbags and wallets...I own quite a few. And I completely appreciate a hugely marked-down price for such designer items!

So you can understand my giddiness when I found this HOBO clutch wallet hiding in the shelves at TJ Maxx!!!

"Suggested Retail" price...wait for it...$114!!!

It's quilted patent leather. The color is called Marine...sort of a darkish, purplish, navy-blueish...

It's not really that bright of a blue...just looks like that with the shine of the patent leather and shine of the light...
