“Getting to Know You”…edition 1

I’ve been at a serious loss for blog material for quite some time.  I’ve also been fairly short on time, so I suppose that’s not a bad thing.  Anyway, I’ve seen these “Getting to Know You” questions on a couple other blogs (Kelly’s “Life in a Small Town” and Laura’s “The Horton Family”) and I finally found where they originated.  Apparently, it’s a set of weekly questions on the blog “Mannland5”.  It’s also a blog “carousel”, so you can add your post to a list of links.  I thought this would be a great way to share a little about myself with current readers, and maybe find some new blog friends!

So, here goes…

1. If a person has a booger in their nose. and you can see it, do you tell them?

Depends on who it is.  My husband…yes.  Anyone else…probably not.  I’m too shy.

2. What are you passionate about?

Of course, Caroline!  But that’s to be expected from any Mommy.  I’m also passionate about my job…teaching kids to be the best citizens they can.  Also, recently I’ve become obsessed with taking the perfect photograph…preferably of Caroline! :)

3. How long have you been blogging?

Since I was pregnant with Caroline…January 2008.

4. What is your favorite "summer" drink?

Hmmm…I’ll take a really good beer any time of year!

5. What is your favorite type of music?

Classic rock, 80s music, and of course…JOHN MAYER.  I have too many favorite artists to mention, though.

6. Something I do before I go to bed is......?

Potty.

7. My Summer vacation plans are...?

Weeelllll….I’ll have to get back with you on that.  Not much of anything, I suppose.  Hopefully something eventful will happen!

8. My favorite must have, can't live without, beauty product is?

Bare Minerals mineral foundation.  I never knew you could cover zits and dark circles with a powder…but I guess it’s not really a powder…it’s “minerals”.  I SWEAR by the stuff and my skin has been pretty clear in the 1.5 years that I’ve been using it.
