It never seems to fail...come early or late, Easter is just NOT the picture-perfect warm, sunny day that I remember when I was a kid.
I sure hope when Caroline gets older she gets to enjoy at least a few warm, sunny Easter Sundays while she's still young enough to be excited about hunting eggs!
We decided to don our Easter dress a day early and head outside to pose in front of our azaleas. I am quite please with the outcome...well, at least after a little help from Photoshop!
That's sweet!! Too bad it's going to be rainy and cold tomorrow! Oh, we do something in my family that keeps even the older kids excited about hunting - money is hidden in the eggs! So everyone hunts - even my mom!

ReplyDeletea-dor-a-ble!!!!!!! i should've thought to take pics today. ah well. we were dying eggs with friends until 10 o'clock while sophie was screaming and slamming her head into the floor because i wouldn't let her eat the hard-boiled egss. gotta love it. happy easter friend!!!!!!!!
