Caroline is a lucky little girl…at least for a little Arkansas girl! This was her fifth Christmas and her second white Christmas! It snowed on Christmas Eve in 2009 (her second Christmas) and started on Christmas afternoon this year. We got about 4-6 inches of beautiful, soft, powdering snow. She couldn’t WAIT to get out there this morning and make snow angels. She really wanted to make a “snow girl”, but it just isn’t wet enough. They had a pretty good time, though. Maggie wasn’t as big a fan, but that was to be expected. I’m sure we’ll head out again later. Our neighbors down the street got stuck at families’ house last night, but Caroline is hoping Luci gets home in time to play in the snow! :)

It is so funny that you have snow and we don't have any in Boston! Not that I'm complaining. I'm fine w/ a "green" Christmas. Haha! Cute pics. Glad they had fun playing in it!
ReplyDeleteWow! That's crazy! Thankfully, the roads weren't too bad and we had already stocked up on necessities like milk, bread and diapers before the stores were closed for just one day on Christmas. Funny how we prepare for something so silly like Walmart being closed for one day. Also, we in the South believe bread and milk are the staples for any natural catastrophe...like a forecast of 4 inches of snow. ;)
