I'll admit...this post is more for me than for y'all. I just wanted to mark the day that we finally saw the appearance of Caddy's 3rd, 4th and 5th teeth! We haven't seen new teeth since February 17th...which means our girly has only had 2 teeth for the past three months!
This morning, I felt that the top left middle tooth (sorry, I don't know technical terms) had broken through. Then, while we were at the park with some friends (riding the train for the first time...more on that later!), I noticed something white on the bottom. It was another tooth on the right side, next to the first 2 bottom teeth! Then I felt the top and realized the other middle (left) tooth was there, too!
Looks like it's gonna be a much riskier ordeal to feel around in there for future teeth! :)

I know you might not want to know the technical terms, but the front 4 teeth on top and bottom are called incisors. And permanent teeth are numbered, but baby teeth have letters instead. So her new teeth (in case you wanted to know, or discuss with any dentist friends) are E (top right middle tooth), F (top left middle tooth), & Q (bottom tooth to the right of the middle bottom teeth). Sorry for being a dental nerd! :) Hope you guys are doing well.
ReplyDeletewhoooooo for caddy! hope her teethies haven't bothered her! she's such a BIG girl!
ReplyDeleteYeah for teeth Caddy. As these start breaking through you will need my first giveaway prize. Check it out!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
Lisa :)
I'm so glad I got to be there for the "Great Tooth Discovery"! And, yes, from now on you will indeed be putting your digits at risk while fishing out things that aren't supposed to be ingested. ;)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the chompers, Caroline!
ReplyDeleteAwesome...can't believe there was a 3 month hiatus between teeth!! Linky is drooling like crazy with his first bottom "incisors" in place. LOL
