My neighbor (who's still my best friend today) and I used to do this all the time.
Well, fast forward to adulthood...and now I'm asking if I can practice my blog makeover skills on a few guinea pigs. I'm sure y'all have noticed the many changes on my blog here lately, and that's mostly because I'm finally figuring out all the little "tricks" of HTML and Photoshop Elements. I swear...I've never been this creative before...it's just oozing out! (Ew, sounds gross.)
Anyway, if there are a few of my friends out there who might want their blogs "spruced up" a bit...I'm game! It might take several days to get it done, but I'd like to give it a shot.
Oh, and by the way...I am not going into business doing this. Just for friends and sweet people I like! :)
Anyway, click below to see some examples of what I've come up with. I've got lots of digital scrap stuff, so I can come up with others according to colors/patterns you might be interested in.

Oh, and about that Choo Choo Soul thing...don't knock it. That's when the boys first started to verbalize the alphabet, but you're right. It does cater to a certain audience which, for the longest time, was sort of "untapped" by the Disney company.
