Somehow, I've forgotten my weekly Caroline "update".I like to jot down some of the things I want to remember about her forever...at whatever given stage she's in. Here's a few things from the last week or two...
- She's no longer just obsessed with studying her whole hands, now she LOVES to watch herself do "spirit fingers"...ha! I'm sure Daddy is afraid she'll be a cheerleader!
- Today she reached out and took a rattle from me!
- She's beginning to enjoy eating oatmeal...as long as I put a little juice in it to make it taste sweeter. Today she actually opened her mouth every time before I got the spoon to her face!
- She has mastered the wide-open mouth smile!! L.O.V.E. it!!!!
- Right when we started back to school last week, she started crying when I left in the morning. It made me sad to leave, but a little happy to realize she knows me well enough that she doesn't want me to leave! Then again, she also cries after I come home and Grammy leaves. Come to think of it, she cries every time somebody leaves her sight.
- She's thoroughly cracked up by peek-a-boo!
I made it myself! I did it all using that scrapbook software and the tutorial that is on Cutest Blog on the Block. I can't remember what size you made that header to make it so big though. My kept coming out litte or WAAAAYYY too big. Thanks so much for you help. I have been obsessively making background and trying them out on my test blog (great idea).
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question...Kate wears a bunch of different sizes. In Target, she wears 12 mo. In Baby Nay (my fave) and Baby LuLu she wears 9 mo. and in some she can wear 6 mo. It's weird.
ReplyDeleteI see your pictures on Sarah E.'s blog (the single pics with a comment) sometimes and I saw one the other day that showcased Caroline's thick thighs...ha! Kate has those same thighs. In fact, we were in the airport in Atlanta and a lady called her thighs "juicy"...ha...I about died laughing!!
