Welcome 2009!

Not surprisingly, we had a pretty low-key New Year's Eve with the babe. I'm pretty sure the wild parties of our pre-parenthood years are gone for a while!

We got an early start on our evening at 6 pm at Chris and Christy's house. It's strange to go from parties with NO kids, to one where almost everyone had a little one. There was Austin (3), Emily (1), Caroline (almost 5 months) and Andrew (8 weeks).

Needless to say, we left early. We were home and Caroline was in bed by 9:30.

I did, however, manage to stay awake until midnight...Darren was in bed by 11.
