Christmas "Tour"...

Lots of bloggers out there have been giving Christmas tours of their homes. Because it looks like a tornado hit my house (as it has since early August), I haven't really done much decorating, aside from the tree and some other small items. One place we didn't skimp, however, was the lights on the outside of the house. Darren started at the beginning of November getting the lights ready to turn on the weekend after Thanksgiving.

The view from across the street...
Walking up to the door (sorry, a little blurry)

This is one of my favorites...skinny, tall snowman

This one's an antique...it belonged to Darren's Mamma...

Our new 9-foot slim tree...

Yes, it's a flying pink pig...
there were many fights over who got this at the ornament exchange 2 years ago...

We chose this last year...
kind've symbolized our last year of just me, Darren, and Molly dog...

Caroline's 1st Christmas...
My sweet friend Katie made this and brought it to Caroline when she was just 4 days old... This is the other side...
Caroline picked out this sweet "baby" snowman...
Caroline's friends Noah and Adam gave her this sweet Pottery Barn ornament...
Here's our humble mantle...before Caroline's stocking was finished...Here's Caroline's new "Shabby Chic" stocking hanger...
And here it is!!! A lady I work with made it...
and I added the letters today...
I ironed them on and then "glittered" them...
That's all folks...
Hope y'all liked our little "tour"!
